Loon vs. Duck

Last night we had quite an interesting exchange with Evie about ducks and loons when we came to the page in "Goodnight, Maine" with a loon.

Evie:  That's a duck.

Mama: No, that's a loon

Evie: Duck

Mama: Loon
Evie: Duck
Mama: Loon
Evie: Duck
Mama: Loon
Evie: DUCK
Papa: Okay, it's a duck.
Evie: Loon
